WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS OF OPERATION?
We operate from 7am to 8pm, 7 days a week.  If your production schedule requires hours outside of that range please contact our Studio Manager for pricing information

WHAT ARE THE RENTAL FEES AND WHAT IS INCLUDED?
The Studio Rental fee is $1200 per studio, per day plus a $250 COVID cleaning fee. If you require additional crew space, our large conference center can be rented for an additional $350 per day.

We work on a 13 hour day from 7am-8pm. Rentals before 7am & after 8pm are rounded up to the next hour and are billed at $200 per hour/per studio. We do not offer hourly or half day rentals. Included in your rental is: power, water WIFI, trash (no construction debris), limited on-site parking, and a site rep.  Each studio also has its own access to hair/makeup rooms, green rooms, restrooms and production office space.

We also offer access to our 3000+ sq. ft. prop warehouse, at no additional charge. We carry a wide variety of furnishings ranging from office, home, institutional and commercial in addition to a wide variety of artwork, lamps, window coverings, drapes, rugs, artificial plants and much more!

DO YOU HAVE A COVID COMPLIANCE PROTOCOL IN PLACE?

WHAT ARE YOUR TERMS OF SERVICE?

DO YOU OFFER PRODUCTION INSURANCE?
No.  We are a location.  You will be required to secure a location rider for Remmet Studios with your insurance carrier for the days you will be onsite.

DO YOU PROVIDE FILMING PERMITS?
No.  Your production company should secure all of the necessary filming permits.

DO YOU OFFER LONG & SHORT TERM RENTALS OR ANY DISCOUNT FOR MULTIPLE DAY SHOOTS?
Yes we do! Every production is different and we realize that we cannot expect a “one size fits all” approach to pricing. We are very flexible on our pricing and will strive to work with the budget of your production no matter how big or small. To discuss your particular needs please contact our Studio Manager any time for a quote.

IF WE NEED A CUSTOM SET BUILT OR PAINTED CAN YOU DO THAT, AND WHAT DOES IT COST?
Yes. We do offer design/build services here at Remmet Studios. We have skilled craftsmen available that can handle projects of just about any size. If you do not require a custom built set but would like to change paint colors on any of our standing sets you can do so at prices starting at $5.00 per linear foot/per coat. That price includes premium paint, supplies and labor. Depending on your color choice your set may require 2 coats of paints to cover, and you may be required to return the set to its original color. For more information on obtaining a quote for a custom built set or a color change please contact our Studio Manager.

CAN WE REDRESS YOUR “STANDING SETS”?
Yes. Our clients are all as unique as the productions they are producing. While sometimes our standing sets are exactly what the clients needs, we realize that some customization may be required. Set dressing and re-arrangement of furnishings can be done at anytime without permission of the studio. Please note all standing sets must be returned to the condition in which they were found or additional fees may be assessed.

WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO RESERVE SPACE OR EQUIPMENT?
Please contact the studio as soon as possible to ensure your date(s) are available. Provide us with as much information about your production as possible, the more you can tell us about your production and your particular needs the more accurate we can estimate your costs.  Your reservation will be locked after we receive a completed Terms of Service Agreement (issued by the Studio) and payment in full.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY RESERVATION?
Unfortunately due to declination of other projects, we do not refund any production regardless of the reason.

WHAT ARE THE STUDIO AND/OR SET DIMENSIONS?
Click on “STUDIOS” from the top navigation bar and select the desired studio from the drop down menu.

WHAT ARE THE POWER AND HVAC SPECIFICATIONS FOR EACH STUDIO?
This information is contained on each studio page and on the downloadable schematics.

IS THERE ONSITE PARKING AVAILABLE, AND IS THERE ROOM FOR PRODUCTION VEHICLES TO LOAD IN?
Yes & Yes. Remmet Studios has limited car parking on property however we can handle your parking logistics through our exclusive relationship with neighboring businesses. Depending on your car count you may be required to secure additional parking.  We can handle booking, billing and payment should you require this option. Our rear loading area can accommodate vans, cube trucks and trucks up to 5 ton.  For more questions regarding parking please contact our Studio Manager.

DO YOU SELL EXPENDABLES?
No. Remmet Studios is not a licensed reseller of any product.

WHAT TYPE OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
Remmet Studios accepts: cash, personal & business checks, cashiers check, money orders & all major credit cards (credit card users will be charged a service fee of 3%).

IF WE NEED HELP WITH OUR PRODUCTION DO YOU OFFER ANY SUPPORT STAFF?
We do have stagehands on staff that are available to assist with your production for a small fee (hourly or daily) please contact our Studio Manager for pricing and availability.

IS THERE A COST TO USE YOUR PROP HOUSE?
Use of our prop house at Remmet Studios is free for all productions renting space on the property.  All of our props are available for your viewing online. Props are available on a first come, first served basis (certain restrictions and exclusions apply). Please see our Terms of Service for more information.

WHAT IF WE AREN’T SHOOTING AT YOUR STUDIO, CAN WE STILL RENT PROPS?
Our props and furniture collections are only available to productions shooting on the premises.
