What are the rental fees and what is included?
The Studio Rental fee is $1300.00 per studio/per day. We work on a 13 hour day and our hours are from 7:am-8:pm. (rentals before 7:am & after 8:pm are subject to additional fees). We do not offer hourly or half day rentals. Included in your rental is: Social wi-fi (private wi-fi is available), up to 120 amps of Edison power (Camlok is available), water, trash, on-site parking, makeup room with multiple stations, green room, restroom and production office space. For a limited time we are also offering, at no additional charge, access to our 3000+ sq. ft. prop warehouse. We carry a wide variety of furnishings ranging from office, home, institutional and commercial. We also have a wide variety of artwork, lamps, window coverings, drapes, rugs, artificial plants and much more!
Do you offer long & short term rentals or any discount for multiple day shoots?
Yes we do! Every production is different and we realize that we cannot expect a “one size fits all” approach to pricing. We are very flexible on our pricing and will strive to work with the budget of your production no matter how big or small. To discuss your particular needs please contact our Studio Manager any time for a quote.
If we need a custom set built or painted can you do that, and what does it cost?
Yes. We do offer design/build services here at Remmet Studios. We have skilled craftsmen available that can handle projects of just about any size. If you do not require a custom built set but would like to change paint colors on any of our standing sets you can do so at a cost of up to $7.50 per linear foot/per coat. That price includes premium paint, supplies and labor. Depending on your color choice your set may require 2 coats of paints to cover, and you may be required to return the set to its original color. For more information on obtaining a quote for a custom built set or a color change please contact the Studio Manager.
Can we modify your “standing sets”?
Yes. Our clients are all as unique as the productions they are producing. While sometimes our standing sets are exactly what the clients needs, we realize that some customization may be required. Set dressing and re-arrangement of furnishings can be done at anytime without permission of the studio.
What are your hours of operation?
Our office hours vary depending on the production or productions in house at any given time. Our production hours are 7:am-8:pm, and we are available for rental 7 days a week.
Do you offer any student discounts?
Yes. The current day rate is reduced by %25. Design/Build and/or any applicable set/strike fees still apply. Please contact our Studio Manager for more information.
What do I need to do to reserve space or equipment?
Please contact the studio as soon as possible to ensure your date(s) are available. Provide us with as much information about your production as possible, the more you can tell us about your production and your particular needs the more accurate we can estimate your costs. To lock in your date we do require a deposit equal to %50 of your estimated invoice. Deposits may be made in the form of cash, check, credit card or a hold on a credit card. Once your deposit is received and our Terms of Service Agreement completed your reservation is locked.
What if I need to cancel my reservation?
If you must cancel your reservation you may do so without penalty up to twenty one days in advance of your scheduled reservation. If you must make a cancellation inside of twenty one days you will be billed for your entire invoice.
What are the studio and/or set dimensions?

What are the power and HVAC specifications for each studio?
This information is contained on the downloadable schematics located on “INFORMATION” tab.
Is there onsite parking available, and is there room for production vehicles to load in?
Yes & Yes. Remmet Studios has a total capacity of up to 44 vehicles or 34 vehicles and up to 4 five-ton cube trucks if parked according to our recommendations. Each studio also has a rear gate entrance as well as a 10×12 roll up for easy access in and out of the stage. When multiple studios are in use by multiple companies Remmet Studios will assign parking at its discretion. Remmet Studios also has 2 lots 1 block away with a combined capacity of up to 150 vehicles. There is additional parking fee for the use of these lots. Do you sell expendables?
No. Remmet Studios is not a licensed reseller of any product.
What type of payment do you accept?
Remmet Studios accepts: cash, personal & business checks, cashiers check, money orders & all major credit cards (credit card users will be charged a service fee of 3.75%).
Do you have a location release or do we need to provide our own?
We do have our own location release for those productions that do not have their own. Location releases will only signed after the the entire balance for services has been paid.
If we need help with our production do you offer any support staff?
We do have stagehands on staff that are available to assist with your production for a small fee (hourly or daily) please contact the Studio Manager for pricing and availability.
Do you have a scissor lift or forklift available?
We have a 2000lb capacity forklift available for use by a member of our staff. We do not have a scissor lift available at this time.
Is there a cost to use your prop house?
Use of our prop house at Remmet Studios is free for all productions renting space on the property. All of our props are available for your viewing online. Props are available on a first come, first served basis (certain restrictions and exclusions apply). Please see our Terms of Service for more information.
What if we aren’t shooting at your studio, can we still rent props?
Our inventory is available anytime, to anyone. Pricing for rental will soon be available online, until that time please contact the studio manager for quantity and availability.
